1. Teams should be made up of NTU students only.

2. All team members need to be attending Hack-A-Duck. You cannot submit a project from another hackathon.

3. There is no minimum team size but a team of five is highly recommended.

4. You can ask for advice and support from any organisers, volunteers, sponsors, and other hackathon attendees.

5. All work for the hackathon briefs have to be carried out during Hack-A-Duck. Work started before the hackathon is not allowed. If you are not sure about what you can work on, please speak to the organisers.

6. You can work on non-original ideas, or work on briefs that others are also working towards. Your work will be judged based on the quality rather than the innovation.

7. You are allowed to use any libraries, frameworks, or open-source code in your projects. If you create open-source code prior to the hackathon purely to use the code during the event, this is against the spirit of hackathons and is not allowed.

8. You must stop hacking once the time is up.

9. You or your team may get disqualified for breaking the Competition Rules and any other unprofessional behaviour. This ruling will be made at the discretion of the event organisers.

10. All participants must adhere to NTU's Student Code of Behaviour.
