About the challenge

A hackathon is a competition in which students work independently or in teams to create innovative games, apps, websites, and more in a fun environment. The projects are submitted at the end of the hackathon and prizes are awarded to teams that win in certain categories. Many hackathons often require projects to fit a theme; our theme will be released at the beginning of the hackathon. Hack to the Future, or H2TF, provides several workshops for students of all experience levels to develop their programming skills. Although they are optional, we encourage all attendees to participate in workshops so that they can gain new skills to apply to their submissions!
