This application leads to improved productivity, as numerous operations are integrated into a single station, meeting cycle times and adapting to any of the models in effect at that time.
Custom marking stations
Gurpea designs and develops custom marking stations, studying the most suitable technique for each product according to the materials that compose it: laser, scratching, thermal engraving, pad printing, micropercussion, inkjet.
In numerous applications, there is not enough time to mark the product, and for this case, Gurpea’s technicians have successfully developed different applications to mark the product dynamically, without the need to stop the production line.
Product and process traceability
Gurpea develops traceability systems, getting involved and collaborating with customers in defining the process that requires the following systems: product identification, data capture and management. The software to be integrated can be standard or custom depending on the needs of each client.
