GT Simulator2 by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation is a Windows-based HMI simulation tool designed for projects created with MELSOFT GT Works2/GT Designer2. It reproduces the behavior of GOT operator terminals on a PC, allowing engineers to test and debug screens without physical hardware. You can verify screen navigation, touch operations, alarms, recipes, and device interactions in a safe, offline environment. The simulator can connect to MELSEC PLCs or link with a PLC simulator to validate communications and control sequences before commissioning. By enabling thorough pre-deployment testing and operator training, GT Simulator2 helps reduce on-site debugging time, minimize risk, and improve overall project quality.
