
LTC Michael Dvorak is a SkillBridge Fellow with the Global SOF Foundation. Mike has served over 23 years in the U.S. Army, 17 years spent within Army Special Operations Forces. He served in 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), NATO SOF HQ (Belgium), Security Assistance Training Management Organization (North Carolina), and the Baltic Defence College (Estonia). Mike also served in the
U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (Virginia) where he wrote the U.S. Army’s Strategy for Robotic and Autonomous Systems and developed a passion for technology that he carries forward to his next career in commercial / dual-use technologies. His final assignment prior to retirement was serving as the Chief of Operations in the USSOCOM HQ Global Mission Support Center. During his career, Mike deployed multiple times in support of operations in Southwest Asia. Mike holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rowan University and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois. He lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife of 14 years and two children.
