Partnership Team
The mission of the Global SOF Partnership Team is:
- The Partnership Team focuses on member engagement, which helps to build a sense of community. Our two strategic goals are to grow Corporate Partner memberships and support current Corporate Partners.
- Our team increases GSOF Corporate Partner memberships by conducting outreach to defense industry organizations and educating them on how GSOF Corporate Partnerships can support their business development goals and showcase their capabilities to SOF.
- We support current Corporate Partners by ensuring they maximize their benefits and work together to continue the growth and support of GSOF’s International Special Operations Network. We achieve this by each Corporate Partner having a dedicated Partner Relations Manager (PRM) who is the point of contact for the account. The PRMs conduct strategy sessions and assist with business-to-business, business-to-government, and international connections, among other supporting roles.

The Mission of the Global SOF Marketing and Sales team is:
- To serve as the organization’s voice, driving awareness, engagement, and strategic positioning across all initiatives.
- The Marketing component is responsible for all information and product creation related to GSOF’s core activities, programs, and events. Our team is dedicated to building broad awareness of GSOF’s mission, ensuring that all members, partners, and stakeholders are fully informed with timely and essential organizational updates and strategic intelligence.
- The Sales component focuses on connecting industry partners with unparalleled opportunities for visibility. We strategically secure positions and platforms for industry organizations to showcase their solutions and capabilities directly to key decision-makers within the military and government SOF communities. We achieve this by aligning GSOF’s offerings with the strategic outreach goals of our corporate partners, thereby fueling the organization’s growth and impact.

The Core Events team has a mission to support Global SOF by:
- Serving as the central orchestrator of critical, high-impact gatherings designed to foster collaboration and connectivity within the global Special Operations (SOF) community.
- Focusing on the precise execution of annual, strategically located large-scale Symposiums. These flagship events are meticulously planned to convene the many facets of the SOF community—including military, government, industry, and academia—to ensure the maintenance and growth of a cohesive and collaborative “good guy network.”

The SOF Week Team’s mission is:
- To focus on executing the largest global Special Operations Forces gathering in the world (SOF Week). As the organization’s premier annual event, SOF Week provides unparalleled networking, education, and connection opportunities for attendees across the entire SOF ecosystem. We leverage this platform to advance strategic goals, build alliances, and strengthen the foundation of global special operations.
- Beyond SOF Week, the team is responsible for planning and executing our smaller, strategically focused events, known as Global Huddles. These gatherings take place throughout the year in various states and international countries, ensuring continuous awareness of Global SOF programs and maintaining vital connectivity within the broader SOF network on a global scale.

This team oversees a portfolio of critical programs, including SOF for Life, GSOF CNECT, GSOF Gives Back, and the SOF Imperatives. These initiatives are the vehicles through which GSOF provides tangible support and resources to the community.

The Special Teams serve as the critical enablers that allow GSOF to deliver high-quality programs and services to its partners, members, and stakeholders, and are responsible for ensuring comprehensive security across all GSOF events.
