Random Post Time... [Feb. 2nd, 2006|12:05 am]

I like this song....

There is no future
There is no past
Thank God this
Moment's no the last
There's only us
There's only this
Forget regret or
Life is yours to miss
No other road no other way
No day but today
There's only now
There's only here
Give in to love
Or live in fear
No other path
No other way
No day but today
No day but today
No day but today
No day but today
No day but today
No day but today

So... it has been a while [Jan. 13th, 2006|01:27 pm]

So the last time I posted was in 2004 and now I am posting in 2006. I don't even know where to begin with an update. Hahaha... I think the only person who reads this aside from Jessie is Colure. By the way Congrats, Colure. So instead of having to explain a lot... I'll do this.
Last year say about 6 months ago today, began an amazing start of my life that just keeps getting better and better with each day.

By the way Colure, you never called me or Kevin. Sad panda bear..... SAD!!!

Boy do I suck at spelling and grammer [Aug. 7th, 2004|06:38 pm]
gsfbison
My last post had horrible grammer that I too didn't even understand it. Don't you love when your brain thinks of stuff but not all of it comes through in words. I promise you in that last post in my head was full of coheret sentences. Just I can't typle. See that is a prime example, typle. TYPE!!! Arg.... Oh and thank you Colure for being my friend. Just one who doesn't answer her cell phone or call me back. ^_~

Wow, I need to update this [Aug. 5th, 2004|10:09 pm]

Like the title says. Maybe get me some friends too. Though apparently there is a Harding Group on Xanga which surprisingly I know a lot of people on. Randomly. Yeah.... so I might move of there. Or make two. Each with a purpose. ::shrug:: I don't know. Anyone want to be my friend. Cause I here. Though I don't want to advertise in my AIM cause I don't remember what I wrote. And I don't want to offend people if I did write something bad. My memory is a suck, a very much suckatude. But anyway, someday I'll update. Or did I??

The Last time I shall ever be called a FRESHMEN!! [May. 10th, 2004|11:42 pm]
gsfbison
First off yes, I don't update. Now on to the stuff that matters. It's weird... my first year of college is about to be over. I am looking back on this year and people tell me I have grown so much, from friends up here who have seen it to family back home who also have seen it. I too feel that I have grown a lot. In a lot of things and just where my focuses are. First off I am quite the smart kid. Not dating my freshmen year has been the best thing ever you can do in that year. You don't have to stress about dealing with a relationship nor deal with the money issue of that. Lets you focus on meeting new people and spend some more time getting to know God. Now my grades are another thing... stupid grades. Freshmen was harsh but worth it. Now just to go and repair everything. Still going to be over a 3.0 though at the end of it. But two days till I leave for home, wait 11 more minutes and it will be tomorrow I leave for home. Still blows my mind. But I am excited about the summer, seeing how friends from home are doing and how they have changed. But I shall miss my friends here though. Definitly my club. And the few that are graduating and going over seas I won't see for months. ::tear:: But all well. To sum all things up with year went pretty well, now here is for a better year next semester. ^_^

Venting... might not want to read..... [Apr. 15th, 2004|02:52 pm]

Recently a friend of mine showed me an AIM log of the fact in AFJROTC they use her has an example of a person with a lot of potential and when it came towards the end she just quit. Now your first thought is well... good for them. A year ago I would of said the same thing. But looking at it now I find that if you don't enjoy something anymore and find no moviation in doing it why stick with it? Really what is the point?? If you r mind is somewhere else or your future is going in a different direction then it was why go and critize for it. The different choices I have made already are high. Have yet to change majors though. But say if I quit a Comp Science Class cause I wasn't really enjoying it or good at it should I hold my head down low when I see the Comp Sci chair. No, you shouldn't. I understand where the Majors are coming from but you have to remember it's high school. It's all a learning experence and what you enjoy or don't enjoy. If you don't want a Command Position then fine don't take it. Minus the fact I had to fire her instead of her quitting. Which by no means was easy. Now going a little bit wider and bring the entire ROTC into this... was it corrupt. Yes and no. The corruption was more different then people really realize. First off the Corps is by no means like the military other than Drill. Repect is laughable... by both Upper Classman and Lower Classman. It is more like a business or suppose to be. But going to the corruption... making poor desicions is not corruption... it is making poor desicions like having a huge amount of officer who by no means desevered it. Now people using thier power for thier own agenda than the corps now that is Corruption. Say like a group of people going and trying to run an event going behind the person who is in charge. That is Corruption. It was dealt with. And that wasn't till the 2nd semester so I really want to know where the Corruption was cause I must of missed it. Though there were a lot of people out to do thier own personal gain. You know what I am going to stop there. I could go all day about that... and I am sure this makes no sense to anyone expect maybe me or Paola. But I'll end with this I find ROTC to be very true of the business world and one of the greastest learning experiences of my life and plus I gained some awesome friends. By the way ll organizations have nasty people including this one. Plus isn't Band and Drama a cult has well. Sorry... just makes me a bit touchy. Glad I could vent though. Yah.. for Live Journal

Going good [Feb. 18th, 2004|09:13 pm]

[mood |dorky]

You know for the most part my life has gone on pretty uneventful has of late. Which is pretty cool. I mean I have hung out with some people talked and all that good stuff. But nothing really big has happened to me. Am I upset by this? Not at all. A few positives have happened. Like I got the "Beautiful Letdown" Switchfoot CD. And love it. Like it even better than thier last one. But yeah... nothing that big has happened. Can't complain too much about that.

Ok kids, time for you first; Chris did it don't follow suit lesson. When putting two dead fish into someone's room take time and think what you do doing. Like for example:
smell being so bad the entire hall smells it, the kid throws up, and the entire lobby can smell it as well. Also add in that he found out the name of one of the kids that did it and just happens the next day his car has post notes all over it. Blank post-its. Yeah... that was fun. Still doesn't know it was I yet. But yeah.. here is a piece of advice, Dead Fish in Ceiling to Rot for 3 days = Bad but so.....FUNNY! The ends todays lesson. But I do have another lesson but I'll save that for tomorrow. But anyway things have been going good here though for some odd reason I haven't been in much of a mood to talk a lot. Can't explain why though. On a positive note, Switchfoot came to Harding and it was AWESOME! Thank you Switchfoot. Thank you

[music |I Worship You - Mercy Me]

So what happens when you don't have any homework or nothing else to do. You decide to release the pranks on your hall that is what. Because I am good friends with my RA and the fact that I have to fix his computer I had his keys and my roommate and a friend of mine that lives right next to us had this awesome idea. Lets put rotten banana's in a friend of ours room to smell it up. I have access to the master key was like why not. We get to Wal-Mart. And what do we leave with? Two Fish. Dead big fish. Thank you Wal-Mart. So they go in and put it in. Nothing happened for the next few days till now. It smells so.... bad. Though he thinks it was me that did it but has no proof and can't find them. They are in his ceiling. Heh. Makes me laugh. But yeah... other than that played Racketball and just hung out. Nothing that exciting. Have a Programming Test Friday, that is about it. Well useless if you call Switchfoot and Acapella and Switchfoot and Vocal Union and Switchfoot a big deal cause all three are here at Harding Friday and Saturday. I am so.... Happy. ^_^
