HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO APPLY FOR THE CHALLENGE PROGRAM?
You need to be between 16 and 21 years old to apply. We welcome high school students, recent graduates, and college students!Â
DO I NEED PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE TO JOIN?
No prior work experience is required. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and try new things!
HOW LONG IS THE CHALLENGE PROGRAM AND WILL I BE PAID?
The program consists of 20 hours of paid training at $12.50 per hour. You’ll get hands-on experience and build valuable skills.
After successfully completing the Challenge Program, you’ll step into a Junior Crew role in one of our enterprises or support teams — with an automatic raise to $13.50/hour.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING DURING THE CHALLENGE PROGRAM?
You’ll try out different roles across our enterprises, gaining real-world experience in a variety of areas.
Each role is designed to give you a broad range of experiences, helping you discover where your interests and strengths truly lie.
