Fundraising and Development Consultant
Groundwork USA is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to develop a comprehensive, multi-year fundraising and development strategy. We are looking for candidates with proven experience working with nonprofits and expertise in revenue diversification and major donor development. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with the CEO, Chief Development and Communications Officer, and Board of Directors to design both a strategic framework and a detailed implementation plan to strengthen and expand the organization’s fundraising capacity. The budget for Year 1 of this project is $55,000.

Sustainable Vacation Time

We believe that we do our best work when we have the time we need to live our lives outside of it. Our generous vacation policy requires employees to take at least a minimum of 4 weeks of paid time off annually. In addition to sustainable vacation, we offer paid time off for 12 holidays, 15 wellness days, family leave, bereavement leave, and statutory time off. The office is also closed during the last week of the year!

Groundwork USA is an eligible Public Service Loan Forgiveness employer. Employees may be eligible to have qualifying student loans forgiven after 10 years of public-sector service.
