Introducing GroovePlay! The Group Entertainment App
Invented by Yellow Pad Creative, GroovePlay! will transform the way we interact with each other on our phones. GroovePlay! allows friends to come together for a spirited round of competitive games using their mobile devices. Games like trivia, singing, dancing with questions that range from the absurd to the provocative.
Think of GroovePlay! as reimagining the Family Living Room that brings people back together—either in-person or virtually to enjoy a totally new way to have fun! Simply get together with some friends and the GroovePlay! the app will create a one of a kind, Group Entertainment experience.
GroovePlay! App Functionality:
GAME PLAY:
The Groove Play! app is an interactive, multi-game competition designed to bring skill, entertainment, laughter and fun to gatherings anywhere. The game can be played in either a team or individual head-to-head format. Players/teams will participate in each game competition:
ROUND 1: General knowledge trivia round
ROUND 2: Singing, dancing, acting or freestyle open mic performance competition
ROUND 3: Fun question/trivia round
SCORING: The player or team with the most points wins!
Points in the first round of trivia will be awarded for each correct answer with more points awarded the faster the correct answer is chosen.
In the second round, Living Room All-Stars, each player will select from one of 3 competition options and perform live for up to 2 minutes. Players will be scored on their performance by all other players in the game.
The third round of questions will be comprised of several types of fun questions and will be awarded points for each correct answer.
Individual and team scores will be displayed after each round and the team with the most points at the end of all 3 rounds wins the game.
