IREC’s technical assistance services will help people from all backgrounds gain access to opportunities in this growing industry—including people from low-income and disadvantaged communities, veterans and transitioning service members, and others. We provide opportunities for connection and outreach through the Connect Now platform on Green Workforce Connect, a hub that connects job seekers, employers, and training providers, and raises awareness of opportunities in the clean energy and energy efficiency workforce.
