GreenSeam is responding to our region’s food & ag talent needs by connecting businesses to the global workforce.
The global workforce is full of opportunity to grow your business, but are you ready to leverage it? These international professionals come from various backgrounds and skill sets, presenting an exciting opportunity to enrich our communities and mitigate the talent shortage affecting businesses in our region. GreenSeam can help you access them.
The Global Workforce Program
GreenSeam is offering free consulting services to 12 businesses affiliated with food and agriculture. Through the Global Workforce Program, your business can access legal counsel and human resource expertise to gain the solutions it needs to hire internationally–a $1,000 value with no costs to the business. Apply below.
Applications will close after 12 eligible applications are received or on July 1, 2025–whichever is sooner. Applicant organizations must be located in Minnesota or have operations in Minnesota to be eligible. This program is made possible, in part, by the MN Department of Employment & Economic Development.
