Personality:

If  you ever meet him you'll see that he'd not really one for sharing things like child hood memories and what not. He often only  talks about things he finds important like money or the Varia. Mammon tends to be cold to others never really showing a kind caring side. He is very greedy and will often do things for the sake of gaining money. He also makes up fees for things; like before his battle with Chrome he told Bel is he wanted to see he had to pay a fee. Mammon often doesn't show much emotions and keeps a straight face most of the time barely even smiling in the manga. He often keeps a poker face though he does express himself even if it's taken badly by others.

He isn't really a social butterfly. He often doesn't talk to people unless they pay him or are part of the Varia. He doesn't really grow much mentally in the canon. What is seen is that his only friend is most likely Belphegor and Fantasma. Mammon is very tsundere and tends to not show much affection though he allows Bel to hold and hug him a lot. Which could mean that they're friends. He is always seen with Fantasma no matter what. She is very dear to him and helps him move. Mammon doesn't care about people, he often will encourage them if they mean something to him but if they don't he'll be distant. He doesn't talk about his family so we don't know much. But he does see Varia as family and holds them dear and shows it in his own way. He keeps a level head in most situations though if they turn bleak he'll use his illusions to get out of the situation. Things that he will lose his cool over are things like throwing food at him and mocking him too much. It also appears that he doesn't mind being hugged or cuddled. (Though he will charge you for it if you're not Belphegor. Even if you are Belphegor he'll still most likely charge you.)

Mammon is a strange one in the sense of he believes everything he could ever want, could be gained with money. In his character song he mentions not needing friendship or power saying, "Glory is something that can be bought with money." This clearly shows that he finds money to be very important and a necessity in life. He doesn't really like to share all that much and tends to spend other people's money rather then his own. Mammon isn't violent and is not a man of risk. He is also very prideful and often thinks that his illusions are better then other's. He often is seen with Bel or on his own. Mammon has his own motives and tends to only do things for a price or if he can gain something from it. He doesn't see people to be worth his time after all time is money.

Strengths/Weaknesses: 

Strengths: Mammon is very good at accounting, manipulation, reading his opponents, the occult,  and strategy. Belphegor once said that if Mammon or Squalo was here they'd know what to do. Mammon knows a lot about illusions and the occult. Due to his greed, Mammon's talent lies in money, such as accounting and mathematics. He can manipulate people by offering what they want or using their emotions for his own gain. He can easily predict opponents movements as well as counter them

Weaknesses: Mammon is very greedy which is a weakness as much as a strength due to he'll do certain things for money, he sucks at hand to hand combat since he fights with his illusions, he's also very weak physically not needing to be strong, he's so prideful that he refuses to admit when he has done something. His confidence is so high he believes that he can take almost anyone thanks to his illusions.

Third Person Sample:

Mammon silently traveled the forest of this new world he was in. He usually walked on his own, and this time was no different. As he walked; he counted his money. Money was always important to him. That's why be became a trainer, he was sure that if he played his cards right he'd become rich off of fighting them. After all from what he heard people bet on these creatures when they fought. He sighed as he pocketed his money. This was annoying, he'd much rather go home then be here and not have his illusions. He wasn't the strongest of all people and wasn't the fastest either. But he had his pokemon; yes, because a blob of tentacles was really going to help him in his time of need. He sighed to himself as he took out his pokeball.  His pokemon companion looked up at him with it's cute big eyes. Mammon wasn't going to lie. Tangela grew on him. He hid a small smile as he reached out to gently pet his companion. "Mu, I guess it's just you and me….." he mumbled to Tangela. The creature gave him a gleeful look before  running off, with Mammon following. What a strange world this was but he was willing to try for the right price. 

A few minutes later Mammon and Tangela stopped, he looked around a moment confused, wasn't this the same place from before? Mammon groaned, everything looked the same but he knew if he looked closely he could find his way back. He glances down at his pokemon who looked up at him with that innocent stare it was so good at using. "Mu, this is your fault." he stated bluntly as he started walking back trying to retrace their steps. He could here the faint sound of his pokemon loyally following him which caused a small smile on his face, he was slightly pleased to have company with him, even if it wasn't Fantasma.

Appearance: Mammon has violet hair that goes to his shoulders in front and purple triangles on his cheeks, he's skinny and short. Constantly wearing a hood to hide his eyes, he wears black a lot and a frog sits on his head. 

Abilities: Mammon is a first class psychic and illusionist. He can create illusions that look and feel real, he can fly using his psychic abilities and thanks to his pet frog Fantasma, it is rumored he can teleport and read minds. He also uses sticky picture, which is a spell that can track down people using snot and spit that makes a map to where they are.

History: When we first see Mammon it's in the ring conflict arc. Mammon battles Chrome for the mist ring. He defeated Chrome but lost to Mukuro when he took over her body. So he lost the ring and wasn't seen until the Trails Arc.

In the Trial Arc, Mammon was the third Administer. Mammon  and Belphegor pretended to be girls. Latter Yamamotto realizes this  when Bel uses his knives to protect himself. Mammon's trial involves battling Tsuna and the gang. He uses his special ability the Viper mirage. Everyone was surprised when Mammon had to test a prototype box weapon. During Verde's trial Mammon tries to stop a pawn missile but is thwarted by Non Tri-Ni-Sette, which Verde uses to capture the rest of the Arcobaleno. However it turns out to have been an illusion by Mammon.

In the Inheritance Succession arc, Mammon was paired with Chrome as her teacher but didn't teach her everything because he didn't get paid. However after hearing some insults he leaves and comes back to help Chrome break Deamon's illusions. Mammon praises Chrome saying she had improved .Bel and Squalo come by to pick Mammon up having been looking everywhere for him due to a mission that required an illusionist.

The Inheritance Ceremony arc, Chrome makes an illusion only to have be seen through by Dino and Squalo but Mammon assures her that it's only because of their experience. However they get attacked by Shimon and once they win,
Chrome gets kidnapped by the Shimon mafia and Squalo orders the Varia to go after them only to be stopped by the ninth.

 In the arc I'm taking him from. Reborn has just sent him a letter about their curse a hint really. He was about to read until Belphegor THREW food at him ruining the letter. Mammon gets annoyed until Belphegor tells him about recruiting Fran, then he remembers of the pacifier that was at the spring and heads there only to find Mukuro and his gang trying to recruit Fran. Mammon said he couldn't care less about the kid leaves and finds the rest of the Arcobaleno there. Turns out that some of their letters were unreadable as well, so together they work together on making it so they can read the letter. So they learn of what Reborn learned during his battle with Spade. Mammon strangely knows about the Arcobaleno thanks to his pacifier.

Mammon silently traveled the field of this new world. He usually walked on his own, and this time was no different. It had been an hour since he woke up and he couldn't find a blasted thing that looked familiar. He was sure this wasn't an illusion, but wasn't sure if he was somewhere safe yet. His hooded eyes scanned the horizon, looking for anything that would show him a path to a town. Mammon soon remembered that he had found a communicator in his pocket when he first woke up.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out his communicator. He held his communicator in his hand and looked through the list of contacts. It'd be too annoying to talk to some random stranger and not to mention a waste of money if he was to be charged for it. As he went through the list he saw a familiar name; Belphegor. His heart almost skipped a beat at the name of his comrade. Mammon hesitated a moment before selecting his name and waiting for an answer.

"Bel? We need to talk…"
