Description

Gravity Forms Reload Form allows you to automatically reload a Gravity Form after submission. This is especially useful for kiosks, surveys, or public-facing forms that need to reset and be ready for the next user without manual intervention.

You can configure the delay before the form reloads and ensure a clean, consistent user experience for repeated form entries. The plugin works seamlessly with existing Gravity Forms settings and supports conditional logic and confirmations.

Basically you have two choices in how you set up this functionality:

  1. By link
  2. Automatically

The first option lets you add a link to the form submit confirmation message, which takes the user back to the original form. There’s a demo of this option on the Gravity Wiz website. You’ll need to have AJAX enabled on your form for this to work.

The second option lets you reload the form automatically; your users will be taken back to the original form after a specified number of seconds.
