Description

Gravity Forms Reload Form allows you to automatically reload a Gravity Form after submission. This is especially useful for kiosks, surveys, or public-facing forms that need to reset and be ready for the next user without manual intervention.

You can configure the delay before the form reloads and ensure a clean, consistent user experience for repeated form entries. The plugin works seamlessly with existing Gravity Forms settings and supports conditional logic and confirmations.

Basically you have two choices in how you set up this functionality:

  1. By link
  2. Automatically

The first option lets you add a link to the form submit confirmation message, which takes the user back to the original form. There’s a demo of this option on the Gravity Wiz website. You’ll need to have AJAX enabled on your form for this to work.

The second option lets you reload the form automatically; your users will be taken back to the original form after a specified number of seconds.

This is a repeater add-on: it lets you create forms within forms (nested forms). It also allows you to create repeat fields; there’s a nice “add members to your team” demo on the Gravity Wiz website.

The Gravity Forms Nested Forms plugin introduces a new Nested Form field type that allows you to embed one form inside another, creating parent and child entries within a single submission process. This functionality simplifies collecting complex or repeatable data by grouping related entries, such as registering teams with players, companies with employees, or vehicles with their models, all within the same parent form.

Child entries are managed through a clean, compact table displayed on the parent form, where they can be viewed, edited, or deleted. Beyond basic repeater functionality, this plugin supports dynamic calculations by pulling sums, totals, and counts from child entries into the parent form.

It offers customization options for the user interface through flexible templating and developer hooks, providing control over appearance and workflow. The plugin enables processing feeds either when child forms are submitted or only after the parent form submission, enhancing complex data workflows. It is designed to streamline form complexity and improve the user experience for both form creators and users.

Word document auto-fill

Description

This is a bespoke plugin. Similar functionality is provided by the plugin Word Documents.

The Gravity Forms to Word Document Auto-Fill solution by WisdmLabs offers a streamlined way to automate document generation by integrating Gravity Forms with customizable Word templates.

Users create Word Document templates with placeholders, then map these placeholders to specific Gravity Forms fields. When a form is submitted on the website, the solution automatically populates the Word template with the captured data, generating a personalized document. These documents can be downloaded directly from the form page or emailed to designated recipients. This approach enhances productivity by simplifying the creation of contracts, agreements, or any form-driven documents without manual intervention.

ABN Lookup

Description

Get realtime entries from Gravity Forms in Excel using a unique and secure url. The url can be used without login. Copy the Entries to Excel URL for the form you’re interested in, and use it or distribute it to download the file.
