When a form is submitted on the website, the solution automatically populates the Word template with the captured data, generating a personalized document. These documents can be downloaded directly from the form page or emailed to designated recipients. This approach enhances productivity by simplifying the creation of contracts, agreements, or any form-driven documents without manual intervention.
The templates are standard .DOCX files, compatible with Microsoft Word 2007 or later, ensuring broad usability. The product is custom-developed to match specific client needs, offering flexibility in implementation and use cases. While image uploads are not currently supported, the solution efficiently handles text-based document automation for various applications across industries.
