Our Model

The Problem

Nonprofit leaders and organizations, especially those serving children and youth, face overwhelming challenges that threaten their capacity to create sustainable impact.

Without access to mentorship, leadership training, or strategic planning resources, these leaders are burning out at alarming rates, fueling a turnover crisis that far surpasses the rates seen in the for-profit sector. The cost of essential leadership coaching and consulting services is prohibitive, leaving the critical support needed to grow their mission out of reach.

Burnout & Turnover

  • 50% of Nonprofit Leaders lack mentorship and leadership development resources.
  • 19% Turnover Rate—nearly 20% higher than for-profit sectors—due to burnout and lack of support.

Financial Strain on Essential Support

  • 88% of Nonprofits cite funding as their top challenge.
  • Leadership coaching costs $200-$800 per hour, making it inaccessible for most.

High Failure Rates

  • 50% of Nonprofits struggle or fail within the first few years.
  • 30% of Nonprofits do not survive beyond a decade.

Research highlights that strong leadership programs are game-changers for nonprofit organizations, driving major improvements in operations and expanding their impact.

Impact of Leadership Development

  • Organizations with strong leadership see 2.4x operational improvement. *McKinsey study
  • 20% increase in program effectiveness when senior leadership is developed. *Bridgespan Group Study

Yet, with global philanthropy in decline, these crucial resources remain out of reach for most nonprofits, leaving them unable to leverage the full potential of their mission to create lasting change.

The lack of support threatens organization survival, putting at risk the advancement of crucial global goals such as the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in poverty, hunger, and quality education.
