Built on Graph-Tech USA’s proven GTUS Controller and Super Tracker technology, the EMVRunner combines speed, precision, and reliability. At the core of the system is the patented eZ-ID Open Contactless EMV/NFC encoding technology, capable of programming 5 to 20 cards in parallel using multiple antennas while automatically verifying each card, ensuring 100% tested output.

The system features Graph-Tech USA’s latest eZ-Inkjet 66 industrial DOD inkjet printer with dedicated white printing capability, supporting black, white, and full-color variable data printing at 600 dpi. This enables manufacturers to meet the growing demand for white printing on EMV cards while maintaining exceptional print quality across a wide range of card designs and materials.
The GTUS Super Tracker serves as the “central nervous system” of the EMVRunner, executing more than 1,000,000 commands per minute while synchronizing card position, encoding, data handling, and print verification in real time. The system’s customizable software architecture connects via 1 Gbps Ethernet and easily scales from 5 to 20 antennas depending on production requirements.
