How long does it take to get matched?
Usually within 1–3 minutes. Once you submit your request, our system finds available handymen near your location in real time.
How are the handymen verified?
Each handyman goes through a verification process. This includes ID checks, service experience, and location verification. Only approved professionals are listed.
Is the services available 24/7?
Yes. Our AI assistant is available round the clock. However, response time may vary depending on the time and service requested.

How do i pay for the service?
For now, payment is made directly to the handyman. You can pay in cash or transfer after the job is completed. Online payment integration is coming soon.
What if i am not satisfied with the service
We’ve got your back. After the job, you’ll be asked to rate the handyman. If there’s an issue, reply “HELP” at any time in the WhatsApp chat and our support team will step in.
