Ahh! My new timetable is crappy. I have classes 4 days a week and work 2 days a week. Then on Saturdays I have society stuff and on Sunday I just sleep in till really late. I am so gonna start failing soon. On the other hand, mine is decidedly a blessing compared to my friend who has 9-6 sessions pretty much the entire week. Ouch!

My laptop died recently and I had to get a new one. All my icons, textures and fonts are currently stuck on my old comp. Along with my Band of Brothers. Sigh, I miss fiddling with my Photoshop.

In other news, I've scraped through and am currently in my final semester of uni. I'm going to be graduating at the end of this semester! I can't wait.

I am so glad I live on campus. I have a gigantic 5 hour break today. Walking to and fro uni would have been such a pain.

Well my flight is leaving later tonight to take me back to the land down under. I missed one lecture yesterday, not good but ah well, hopefully my friend went and took proper notes.  I'm gonna miss home. I had wonderful, wonderful seafood yesterday at my favorite restaurant along the old airport road. Yummy prawns and delicious thai style fish.

Also, having more packing woes. Man, I wish we had a weighing scale for luggage bags at my house.

And for the first time on my laptop, I have computer woes. It died on me on Sunday. Blue screen with the words "Fatal system error". Needless to say I panicked. Turns out the graphics card on my computer overheats if I play games on my lappie. So that means no more Modern Warfare. He said my laptop will be fine otherwise. Sigh.

Oh I had delicious Dim Sum the other day with Wan-Ling, Mag and Kim. Although, I had a mega headache after. I dunno why but every time I eat dim sum I tend to get a headache. It's weird I know.

Anyway, I should go now, make sure I've packed everything I need to. Tomorrow, I'll be live from Sydney. Again.

Is the best game ever! I just finished the single player campaign and I feel like playing it again. Why couldn't they have made the SP Campaign longer? Damn. Okay spoiler warning.............it''s also a very sad game cause they keep killing of all the characters you get to play as. Poor "Roach" he never had a chance. On the other hand, Soap lives and we get to play as him! Looking at how things ended I'm guessing that there's a MW3 in the works. Fingers crossed!

P.S. Nando & Yossi finally returned from their long injury spell to a very disheartening nil-nil draw at Man City. Still, at least they're back, I suppose.

For the third day in a row, I'm up way past my bed time designing something on Photoshop. If it's not a M'sian Society thing, it's for the M'sian dinner thing. Well, I shouldn't really complain, I did volunteer for this, although I am kinda shocked at how much photoshopping I have been required to do. I mean I can make icons and perhaps the occasional header for LJ. But when it comes to actual designing like for a card or calendar or brochure, I find my skills sorely lacking. It's depressing I tell you. And I have to hand this stuff out to people who'll know I made it? The horror!!

But I absolutely love working with my fonts though. Look, so pretty!



On an entirely different note, I am so loving my LJ layout.

I have succumbed to the dark side and gotten myself a twitter account. And have also been informed that my mobile phone provider in Aus is introducing free twitter service (until the 31st of March, at any rate). Oh and I changed layouts again. Going for someone else's deisgn this time around, so you know it looks good. At least I think so ^_^. Oh, and I have officially quit work, again. Two weeks more till I'm off to Sydney again. I'm gonna miss home. Three months really did fly.

And new "The Last Airbender" trailers have gotten me excited enough to want to see the movie. Fighting avatar-style *dies*

Dear Santa... Dear Santa, This year I've been busy! In June I gave toxyourxassmar a kidney (1000 points). Last Saturday I punched dionisia2005 in the arm (-10 points). Last Tuesday I signed my organ donor card (28 points). Last Thursday I pushed rebbe in the mud (-17 points). Last Sunday I pulled over and changed millilitre 's flat tire (15 points). OMG, I kinda forgot about my journal. It's been ages since I posted anything online or even browsed the f-list. Been on hols for a little over a month now and I have become such a slob. I have done any of the revision I promised myself that I would do. Eep. So what have I been upto? Well, met up with some friends from high school, been having a couple of three day weekends so my family and I have been making little trips to nearby states. Went to Melaka last week, was nice to get away from the big city and just relax. Did do some shopping though. Stuff in Melaka is pretty cheap. Bought myself a pair of shoes, really pretty ones, with a small bow. ^_^ Oh and holidays also means sale period! Cat's Whiskers is having a sale as well which means that all those pretty dresses I had my eye on are now so much cheaper. Now to go beg my mummy for some extra cash! Anyone wanna go with me to Cat's Whiskers next week? Also, iheartnickcath thanks so much for the coupon, babe! I haven't decided if I should use it yet, but I love it. Thank you!

Had my final quiz for the semester today! I officially do not have anymore assessments. Whee! On the other hand, 2 weeks and a little more to my finals. Somewhat screwed, but not as much as last semester. So hopefully I'll do better.

Going for Oktoberfest at uni on Thursday, which is after the AGM for the ASOC society. Should be a good day. And Liverpool are playing this weekend as well, I missed them last week. International football can be quite a drag.
