Google Calendar

The best way to make sure you never forget a thing

Google CalendarOverview

Google Calendar is the official Google Calendar app, an integral part of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), which consists of Gmail, Contacts, Meet, Drive, and Calendar itself. Thanks to this app, you can easily create reminders and appointments so that you never forget an event, whether it's a work meeting, birthday or hair appointment.

Manage multiple accounts from the app

You can easily manage as many email accounts as you want from Google Calendar. By default, you can see all the Gmail accounts you have logged into on your Android device from the side menu. If you don't want appointments from any of these email accounts to appear in the calendar, simply uncheck it. This way, you can easily view only the appointments for one of the accounts.

Several ways to view your calendar

Everyone has their own preferences when viewing their calendar. Some prefer a monthly view to get a good idea of what to expect in the month, and some prefer a weekly view to focus more on upcoming events. Whatever your preference, you'll be able to use it. The app offers many different view settings to adapt to the needs of each user.

Automatically add events

One of the advantages of Google Calendar being part of Google Workspace is that any emails concerning flights, restaurant reservations, concerts or hotel stays are automatically added to your calendar. Not only that but they will be added with a prior reminder to make sure you don't forget. For flights, you'll receive an alert the day before, while for restaurant reservations, you'll be reminded only one hour in advance.

Many options when adding events manually

It is great that Google Calendar adds events automatically, but it can also be very useful to add your own appointments yourself. And when you do, you can attach as much information as you want. Not only can you give an event a name and a time, but you can also add a description, assign it a specific color, choose whether it is a recurring event or not, add people (particularly useful for video calls) and much more.

An excellent calendar app for Android

Download the Google Calendar APK if you're looking for a good Android calendar app that can replace any planner and help you manage all your appointments and events. Thanks to this app, you'll never again forget a meeting or worry about what time your next flight leaves. Everything you need for a smooth and seamless day-to-day life is here.
