What payment methods do you accept? Do you support PayPal or invoices?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and MIR. For annual pre-paid Business or Enterprise plans, we also support bank transfers upon request.
Please note: We do not accept PayPal under any circumstances.
How are my payments processed?
All payments are securely handled by Stripe, a trusted payment processor with PCI DSS Level 1 certification—the highest level of security in the industry. We do not store or process your card information ourselves.
How do I cancel my subscription or delete my account? Can I get a refund?
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and change your current plan to "Cancel" — it’s that simple.

We also offer refunds: if you cancel within 7 days of upgrading your plan, you're eligible for a full refund.
Note: Refunds are not available for plan renewals.
Can I upgrade from the free plan later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — no restrictions.
