With an unobstructed view of the Philharmonie and the Neue Nationalgalerie, GOLVET combines a clear cuisine with the city's architectural soul.
with an open horizon.
Grounded in excellence.

The spectacular view plays a central role in GOLVET’s overall concept. To allow the Berlin panorama to truly shine, the interior’s color scheme was kept consistently dark, sharpening the focus on the essential. An absolutely high-end and purist vision of interior design.

And as you enjoy your evening, a spectacular panoramic view of Berlin unfolds before you.

Product quality is at the core. Fermentation brings depth. Flavors remain clear. No effects. Just substance.

The Bar at GOLVET reflects the house’s history. 'Neon Drinks' pay homage to its clubbing past and the iconic red neon lights that still define the space. Bar Manager Thomas Isabella blends traditional Japanese fermentation with modern mixology. Miso, Shoyu, or sugar fermentation add depth, structure, and complexity to every glass. Clearly composed. Precisely balanced. With a view over the city.

GOLVET TEAM

The Haus STREETART Weiß

Urbanity meets Haute Cuisine

Street art is not meant to last. It is born in the moment, reacts to its surroundings, evolves—and often disappears as quickly as it arrived. This is where its power lies: in a constant dialogue with the city, with time, and with the people who encounter it.

Berlin thrives on this dynamism. On friction, contrasts, and the courage to let things coexist that, at first glance, don’t seem to belong together.

On the 8th floor of Potsdamer Straße, in the heart of the gallery district surrounding the Neue Nationalgalerie and Berlin Modern, a space opens up with a view of the city—and right into its urban reality. Clear in design, open to friction. It is no coincidence that street art has found its place here.

Nine street artists have left their mark on the Michelin-starred restaurant. Their works collide with precise cuisine, minimalist interiors, and clean lines.

What may seem contradictory at first glance creates a conscious connection: the art brings energy, attitude, and immediacy to the space. The cuisine responds with precision, depth, and respect for the product. Both thrive in the moment—and both are transient.

With its unique view and a cuisine of the highest standards, GOLVET is far more than just a place to dine. It is a space for culinary masterpieces, art, and a truly distinctive Berlin experience.
