Goblin Hack

Goblin Hack is a free and open source roguelike that offers a much more dynamic and action-packed experience than other games in this genre. Your objective, as in many other similar games, is to make your way through a dizzying dungeon full of danger.

Unlike most roguelikes, gameplay in Goblin Hack unfolds in real time. You move your character with the direction keys, and you attack with the space bar. There are more controls, of course, which you can review at any time simply by pressing the 'h' key.

Before you start a new game, players can choose between more than a dozen different character classes, including goblins, knights, mages, minotaurs, and orcs. Each type of character has its own special characteristics and abilities for a totally different experience. And as with other roguelikes, every time you start a new game, the dungeon is randomly generated.

Goblin Hack is an interesting roguelike. Although it has ASCII-style graphics, they're very good. The game also has more dynamic and accessible gameplay than other games of its type.
