GlotCore
GlotCore is a project focused on building modern, well-structured extensions for GlotPress and exploring new ways to work with translations at scale.
The goal of GlotCore is to provide foundational plugins, APIs, and tooling that make GlotPress easier to integrate, automate, and extend.
GlotCore plugins are designed to:
- follow clear architectural boundaries
- expose stable, versioned interfaces
- work well in automated and headless environments
- complement existing GlotPress extensions rather than replace them
Plugins and Extensions for GlotPress
Under the GlotCore umbrella, we develop plugins that focus on infrastructure-level capabilities, such as:
- REST APIs for programmatic access to GlotPress data
- tooling for automation and integrations
- improving daily user workflows
A Comfortable Translation Platform (Coming Soon)
GlotCore is also the foundation for a hosted translation service built on top of GlotPress.
The planned platform will provide a comfortable, user-friendly system for translating projects, while retaining the power and flexibility of GlotPress underneath.
Planned features include:
- a clean interface for translators
- project-based translation workflows
- glossary and terminology support
- automation and API access
