Available for aircraft equipped with the Satcom Direct Router (SDR™) and GlobalVT℠, passengers can use their smartphone and their number to text and talk anywhere in the world. Never miss a moment with GlobalVT.

GlobalVT℠ Features:
• In-flight messaging and calls are managed through the GlobalVT mobile app
• Use of the smartphone’s contact list for dialing and text messaging, including personalized ring tones and Caller ID settings
• Voice, text and data from your personal phone number, anywhere in the world*
• Available through all phases of flight – takeoff to landing
• Service available through multiple satellite networks
• Support for DTMF: ability to enter numbers and use an auto attendant via RFC 2833, SIP INFO and Inband

Standard Features:
• Speakerphone, Mute and Hold
• Call history – list of received, missed and dialed calls
• Contact List - Use your stored contacts list
• Ringtones and contact avatars

Restrictions/Considerations:
• CDMA networks are not yet available (i.e. Verizon)
• Application performance depends on handset type. Optimal performance on the following handsets:
• Samsung S4/S5/S6
• LG G2/G3
• Sony Xperia Z2, Z3, Z4
• Moto X2
• Call your Satcom Direct Sales or Support to be certain your mobile network provider is part of the Global VT world wide network.
