We have been using Global Financial Aid Services Inc. as our third-party financial aid servicer for almost a year now and we are consistently impressed by the level of customer service that we receive. Recently, we were looking for assistance in updating our Financial Aid Policy and Procedure Manual and reviewing our Consumer Information. We researched other consulting firms, but couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for. After a call with our Global Customer Service Director, Brenda, we were happy to learn that Global also provides consulting services. After discussing our needs with the COO, Chyrl Ayers, we were assigned to work with Rick Cox, Global’s Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance. Rick went above and beyond on both projects. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
