Who can use the Global Holdings App
Usage of the Global Holdings App is limited to clients who are working with a debt settlement company who is partnered with Global to provide your dedicated account. If you are not able to sign in, please check with your debt settlement company to confirm that Global is providing your dedicated account.

In this version, we fixed a bug with statement downloads and increased security by
adding multi-factor authentication (MFA).
MFA details:
- At signup, users must provide MFA contact information (email address, phone
number, and phone type).
- At login, users must enter a one-time passcode that the app generates and sends
to them by call, text, or email.
- Users may manage MFA contact information under Security Settings.
- If MFA contact information is missing, users can add and verify it at login
