This is extremely late, but I wanted to make a post about the holidays, and it is still Christmas where I am. Well I just wanted to wish everyone a happy whatever they celebrate at this time of year, and those of you who don't celebrate anything, well sucks to be you.

In general it seems that last few years holidays haven't seemed that most holidays haven't seemed special, but that is probably because my family hasn't been celebrating most holidays in the traditions they normally have they last few years. Ahh, well I got a couple of great gifts over the season, all those I got gifts for really seemed to enjoy them, and I was able to spend at least a little time with my family, so I can't really ask for to much more.

Well, now I have to try to go to sleep to get up early tomorrow, because I want to go shopping, but I also want to be home by 10:00 when PR:RPM starts. It's not only the end of the series but it will be the last chance to see new American Toku on TV for a while. Lastly I leave you with the holiday episode of Community, if you don't watch the whole thing at least skip to the third chapter, it's hilarious. Once again hope everyone who reads this had a happy holiday.

Well, it's been a long time since I posted an entry here, and while I would like to post about a bunch of different things, but I will keep it simple. First I would like to post this awesome video.

Lastly, I'd like to send out my condolences the GLBT community and their supporters in Maine. The People's Veto passed and gay marriage is not legal anymore, it was another sad loss for those that support gay equality. However the voters in Washington passed Referendum 72, which gives gay couples in the state all the rights of marriage just without the name. Hopefully it will work, and for once separate but equal is possible in this country. Also congrats to the people of Kalamazoo Michigan for passing and anti-discrimination ordinance.

LOL, Birdhouse in Your Soul had been in my head the last couple of days,  so I thought it would be good to start a completely random post on my behalf.

So I'll start with today, and a little explanation. So the PhoenixLibrary system has a cool new program called the Culture Pass which grants free admission for up to four to local museums. Today me and my mom attempted to visit the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art only to find out that they recently changed their hours and now it's closed on Tuesdays. So that sucked and the unpleasantness was increased because Scottsdale is a pain in the ass to get your way around though. So them we went to the mall. I got a Robeks smoothie and found the complete collection of Sherlock Holmes stories for $7.99 at the Boarders Outlet so at least I did something.

Speaking of the library yesterday I went to one and checked out the Best of the Power Rangers DVD had put on reserve, God I'm such a dork. So that leads to another topic, Power Rangers. I just barely started watching again with reruns of Jungle Fury and the last full series of PR I saw was In Space. As such I decided to catch up on the various seasons. So far I've watched 22 episodes of Dino Thunder, 19 of SPD, 9 of Lost Galaxy, and 6 episodes of Operation Overdrive. I also looked at the toy sections of a couple of Walgreen's to see If I could get any RJ figure: one had an Operation Overdrive yellow, and the other only had Theo and Casey, so no luck. Apparently In my time zone KRDK will move from 11:30 to 10:30 with 10:30 already being the time when the second episode of PR comes one. Right now it doesn't matter since both are in reruns, but it will be annoying when they are both new. I think that's it for this pointless post see you and by you I mean not_a_reptile for the next one.

Watched probably my first full episode of American Idol in about 4 years yesterday, and it was actually pretty good. No super cheesy group numbers and the saved the stupid bio to only the first time they sang so it seemed to have a lot less filler than the normal episodes of Idol. Kinda pathetically I voted for Adam like 66 or 67 times because I hoped to counter act some of the right wingers voting for Kris because Adam is gay. Man, I really need to support my fellow queers in better ways than voting for one on AI. Will watch some of the finale tonight mostly for Cyndi Lauper, and I'll be pissed if I miss her.

I also watched the preview for Glee. A little disappointed because all of the hype surrounding it, still enjoyable though. I missed the 90210 finale to see it, which is why I will miss most of the first hour of AI. In an interview with the guy who plays the really effeminate kid he drapped a random Sweeney Todd reference, so I automatically have to love him. Also another interview made me think the show is going to have him be straight, which would be interesting. Will most likely have to watch it online since in the fall it will be against "Criminal Minds" and practically nothing can get me away from my weekly Matthew Gray Gubler fix. Between Glee and Spectacular I wonder what an actual show choir performance looks like.

I won the slice of sci fi toy giveaway for Kamen Rider Dragon Knight toys. I got a Kamen Rider Wing Knight on the Wing Knight cycle by Fed Ex today. Now I'm even more excited when the toys are released. God I'm such a dork.
