Ida Gjessing is a litigator with a focus on patent and trademark cases. On the non-contentious side she provides advice on all aspects of IP law, including designs and copyrights, research ethics and marketing law. Lars Erik Steinkjer is an experienced IP-litigator and has been involved in a number of the major patent and trade secrets disputes in Norway over the last 15 years, including litigations within life science, oil & gas and aquaculture.
