Øystein Flagstad is a copyright expert, representing clients within the creative sector, including the music industry, the film and TV industry, and Reseach and Development enterprises and universities. He is passionate about music rights, artificial intelligence (AI) and anti-piracy. He has extensive experience with the drafting and negotiation of agreements such as licence agreements within the music, film and TV industry, R&D consortium agreements and IT licence agreements .

Ida Gjessing is a litigator with a focus on patent and trademark cases. On the non-contentious side she provides advice on all aspects of IP law, including designs and copyrights, research ethics and marketing law. Lars Erik Steinkjer is an experienced IP-litigator and has been involved in a number of the major patent and trade secrets disputes in Norway over the last 15 years, including litigations within life science, oil & gas and aquaculture. Amund Brede Svendsen’s areas of concentration are patents, trademarks, unfair competition law and trade secrets (contentious and non-contentious). Admitted to the Supreme Court. Anna graduated from the University of Oslo, where she wrote her master's thesis on the legal protection of photographs, particularly in disputes concerning reproduction and imitation. She received a scholarship from the Norwegian Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (NIR) for her thesis work. Anna is specializing in the areas of copyright, patent and trademark law, as well as marketing law.
