GJC Roofing LLC provides residential and commercial roofing services, including installation, repair, replacement, inspection, and maintenance. Project details, scope, and timelines will be outlined in a written estimate or service agreement before work begins.
Client's Responsibilities
Clients must provide access to the property, including roof areas, driveways, and utilities necessary for the work. Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and personal items during the project. Any permits, approvals, or homeowner association requirements must be disclosed before work begins.
Warranties & Guarantees
GJC Roofing LLC guarantees workmanship quality and adherence to industry standards. Manufacturer warranties apply to roofing materials used and may vary by product. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by neglect, severe weather events, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
Liability & Limitations
While we take every precaution to protect your property, GJC Roofing LLC is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, hidden defects, or unrelated damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control. Liability for any claims is limited to the value of the services provided.
Safety

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 72 hours’ notice. Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or proportional to costs already incurred once work has begun.
