While the patches look ok, their communication is seriously lacking professionalism. First, after I view the patches, they reach out to me via WhatsApp. Later, the communicate to me via email. Then, they delete most of our conversation from WhatsApp, which included our negotiated price. After I've told them what I want, they introduce a whole different type of patch, as if I never told them what I want. Another week goes by (it's already been almost a month and Im still waiting on the status of my order, so I reach out to them only to learn that they've been waiting on me to re-(I don't know how many times) confirm what I want. I thought they'd already placed my order. By this time, my patience has run out. Now, I just want what I ordered. It finally gets here over a month or more of me waiting. Tonight I got a text that I need to pay duties, taxes and fees on this order to Fedex! What the heck is going on??? So nw the price they quoted ome is actually higher than what I expected to pay. I would not suggest doing this again. In reality, I wish I would have made them myself. I would have gotten EXACTLY what I wanted without the expensive price and pricey and unexpected DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES. I do not recommend this company because of the unexpected and lack of communication and extra charges that I need to pay. I recently received this custom patch and overall I’m really happy with the quality and craftsmanship. The stitching is clean and consistent, and the colors are vibrant without looking faded or dull. The red border and blue background contrast nicely, making the text easy to read and stand out from a distance.
