Close all tabs has been implemented in 1.3 dev. What do you mean a buggy state? I can save just fine.

C# (.NET/.exe Files) can be ran with Wine (https://www.winehq.org/) on other OS'. However, rebuilding Dash with C/C++ or some other language (maybe Python) could make it a better overall tool.
Instead of making a custom uninstaller, you can use http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php to handle the installing and uninstalling.
Since I've reinstalled my OS, I'll clone this later on and try to fix this bug. It's the bug that caused me to stop developing this tool. I was unable...
