[`Add-Path` and `Remove-Path`](https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop/blob/d337bb1fa69a56637101254a1ac9e0ad13a12647/lib/system.ps1#L96-L176) were first introduced in v0.4.0. @Slach What version of scoop are you using?
