where does the number "400" come from? 25 means we sample 25 frames for each video, and 101 means there are 101 classes.

There is no special trick to use CNN-GPU. Maybe first you need to figure out where the number "400" comes from.

How long does it usually take for fine-tuning (from ImageNet-pretrained model to DIV2K-finetuned model)? How many GPU days and which GPU?

I have no longer maintained this project. @hsienkaikuo may know more details about this.

Currently, only the challenge participants have access to the pretrain model. But we will make it public soon.
