Zonemaster-LDNS is mean to for Zonemaster-Engine (and Zonemaster-Backend and Zonemaster-CLI). The feature "Randomized capitalization" is not useful for Zonemaster and there is no reason to believe it will be.

Make the the feature deperacted from v2023.1 and removed from v2023.2.
