An implementation of Nameserver14 has been provided in Engine #1033. However a refinement on the specification to new specification standards is desired before the implementation is completed. See details comment.

I can see that the specification needs an update to avoid multiple messages for the same error. I would probably be good to move it into the new format specified by the template before implementation.
