Removed the unused function declaration sSerialGetFlowStr and its associated documentation block from src/serial.h. This function was not implemented in src/serial.c and was not used anywhere in the codebase. This cleanup reduces dead code and improves maintainability.

Verification:

  • Verified via grep that sSerialGetFlowStr is not used in the codebase.
  • Verified that the function is not implemented in src/serial.c.
  • Verified the removal of the declaration and documentation block in src/serial.h.
  • The project fails to build due to missing libmodbus dependency (external), but this change is a safe header cleanup that should not affect the build process once dependencies are met.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 1992368385516697102 started by @zknpr

The function `sSerialGetFlowStr` was declared in `src/serial.h` but never implemented or used in the codebase. Removing it to improve code health and reduce confusion.
