Fixes a double borrow panic when resizing the bottom dock, introduced in #52276 Release Notes: - N/A
This setting is not being respected anymore after the update, the agent panel is huge now and I can't revert back to the 640 fixed width setting that previously worked. Is this the intention of the PR for the panel to take up half the editor and the width setting to not affect it? I am confused how to apply this setting or if this is a bug. :\
