Sapling (https://sapling-scm.com/) is similar to git / hg / jj in that it creates a /.sl directory when initializing a repository. This can be added alongside the other source control scan exclusions
Adds .sl as part of this patch, and includes a missing .repo default exclusion that didn't make it to the docs
