Reproduction steps

1. Create a markdown file (e.g. via an agent)
2. Click the "preview markdown" button and view the nice render
3. Ask agent to update the .md file a few times
4. Preview render sometimes updates correctly but often doesn't and gets in a mess.

Preview should fully rerender whenever the .md file is touched
