LS Server warning popup can not be silenced / does not dismis when stale #38769

Description

Summary

Image

When using a language server (here for Elixir) and the code could not be formatted due to a typo, then the above popup will open and interupts the focus of the user. There are a number of usability problems with it:

  • There is no settings to disable it
  • It also would be better if on a subsequent run of the formatter is without errors to dismiss the popup. There is little sense in keeping a warning to a formatting issue that is not present anymore
