Walkthrough

This pull request reorganizes file paths and updates references within configuration files. In Taskfile.yml, the path for the utils taskfile and its associated variable G_UTILS_TASKFILE have been updated to use the exports directory rather than the previous taskfiles location. Similarly, lint-tasks.yml now points its command for cpp-lint-configs to the new path in the exports directory. Additionally, the subproject commit identifier in tools/yscope-dev-utils has been updated to a newer reference.

Changes

File(s) Change Summary
Taskfile.yml, lint-tasks.yml Updated file paths to use the exports directory: the utils taskfile and its variable, as well as the cpp-lint-configs command script, now point to the new locations.
tools/yscope-dev-utils Updated the subproject commit reference from e6b3f0c917867a49cfb712994e51e1a2b74ed561 to 30640b0af5a8d344ae57afe02e8ae88a79233809.
