Wow. This is awesome. Didn't even know that was possible. Two questions:

1. Looks like CI is failing?
2. Any interest in adding relevant tests?

1. Looks to me like CI has been failing for this product for a while now. In other words, this didn't actually break the build.
2. I would love to. However, your current tests don't run as it is, so trying to add new ones wouldn't really be worthwhile, since they won't run anyway. This is more than likely why your CI build is failing.

As an aside, love what you are trying to accomplish with advancing .gov and and transparency through code. I worked on one of the very first open source initiatives within the .gov space that not many people know about: http://archive.oreilly.com/pub/post/us_dept_of_labor_workforce_con.html This webdav addition is at the request of a contractor who works with USAID regularly and intends to use this product with their USAID client to manage and exchange documentation. Would be happy to talk more on .gov and code.

@LinuxBozo I've got tests green for everything except multisite over in #71. Hope to clean that remaining test then should be ✨.

Last thing: Mind submitting a quick PR to the readme to document how to setup/use webdav?
