Describe the bug
The + icon isn't centered within its container on the Stepper

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select Gallery block
2. Open settings with mobile toolbar settings button
3. Check the Stepper buttons

Expected behavior
Both icons should be aligned
