Steps to reproduce the behavior

Switch the app to a language that has translations that are longer than the boxes, in my case Bulgarian has a longer string for Page Delimiter.

Then choose to add a new Block in the block editor when writing/editing a post.

Tested on [device], iOS [version], WPiOS [version]

Tested on iPhone X, iOS 13.3.1, WPiOS Internal 14.2 (14.2.0.20200214)
