Describe the bug
In Android, if a shortcode block is selected the keyboard down button in the toolbar doesn't dismiss the keyboard.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a page or post
2. Add a Shortcode block
3. Select the textbox
4. Hit the keyboard dismiss toolbar
   

Expected behavior
The keyboard should dismiss.

Actual behavior
The keyboard doesn't dismiss.
