Steps to reproduce:

1. On the web, create a post with images that have left, centered, or right alignment applied.
   ^{(Note: it's not required to create the post elsewhere but it makes it easier to see the problem.)}
2. In the app, go to My Sites > Blog Posts and pull to refresh (do not open any posts yet).
3. Go offline.
4. Open the post created in step 1.
5. Check to see if the aligned images are visible in the editor.

Result: aligned images do not show up in the block editor while offline. (iOS: 1m36s, Android: 3m19s)
