The changes in this PR are expectedly minimal. Much of the WPAndroid Writing Flow, Unsupported Block Editor, and additional features were tested against wordpress-mobile/gutenberg-mobile#4235.
LGTM. Before we merge this PR, we need to update the gutenbergMobileVersion reference to a new tag.
