Completeness pass after reviewing Astro's follow-ups to their
background feature:
- lunora-quickstart SKILL.md (what `lunora rules install` ships) still
told agents to improvise ('start lunora dev in the background');
it now teaches `lunora dev --background`, the agent auto-detection,
`status --json` / `logs` / `stop`, the lockfile semantics, and the
`/_lunora/status` probe — the equivalent of withastro/astro#17164.
- the detached-spawn codepath had no integration coverage on any
platform (exactly where Astro's Windows bug hid, #17150): a new test
runs the REAL default spawner against a node -e child that plays the
daemon, asserting readiness, the recorded PID, the captured log, and
the 0600 log mode on POSIX.
