What's new in this PR?

Call details screen as a bottom sheet with:

• security banner
• network quality indicator that changes depending on current call quality (Good, Fair, Poor)
• toggle to turn off other videos (for now only interactive UI, logic for actual turning off will be implemented next)

Testing

How to Test

Start a call and make the device to drop the network quality, or just turn off the network for a couple of seconds.
